Player Spotlight, Richmond Kickers Youth Player Ian Major: US Soccer Development Academy player Ian Major excels on and off the field, successful both in soccer and in the classroom. Besides an outstanding soccer resume, the Tucker High School senior has been an all "A" student, with a current class rank of 2 out of 365, boasting a GPA of 4.85.  RichmondKickers.com caught up with Ian, spotlighting his accomplishments. Be sure to check out the last question - "Describe soccer in three words or less".

Leaving Pro Soccer For God's Work: Do you remember the story last year about professional soccer player Chase Hilgenbrinck, who left the sport behind in his prime to pursue his dream of becoming a priest? Well, he's been at Mount St. Mary's in Emmitsburg, MD pursuing his dream (and squeezing in the occasional training session with their men's soccer team). Check out this complete story in today's Washington Post.
