Goff Approves: The best soccer blog in the country (according to US Soccer 2007 fan voting) linked to Potomac Soccer Wire yesterday thanks to Charles Boehm's piece on Real Maryland's Daryl Ferguson. Nice to be noticed!
The Ghost of Fred: Quite a commotion going on down under about the loss of 2006 Australian League MVP, Fred, to D.C. United last winter. Many are blaming a continuing fascination with him as the root cause of his old team's collapse.
Living the Dream: Nice article on Gazett.net about Clarksburg High School sophmore Julio Arjona and his journey from High School to the U-17 National team in a few short months.
Moneyball comes to MLS: If you've never heard about the book "Monyeball", you're either under 23 years old, or just up on best selling books. Check out how one of the best weapons in Major League Baseball will be used in MLS next season.
Becks the Gunner: David Beckham in an Arsenal Jersey is something I thought I'd never see. Too bad he didn't take Landon along though. Would be nice for him to get a taste of top class European football.
