Bethesda Soccer Club and FC Virginia finished 13th and 18th in the final Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Club Standings for the league\'s inaugural year, earning the opportunity for next season\'s each club\'s under-15 team to enter the league in the top "Challenge A" flight next season.

The final club standings are arrived at by awarding of pre-determined points per final league position to each of the three teams competing for member clubs during the 2009-2010 season.
