Thunder Soccer Club joins the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL)

Thunder Soccer Club announced it is launching its men’s outdoor soccer team in the National Premier Soccer league (NPSL). The 2010 team will play in the NPSL Northeast Region’s Keystone Conference. This highly competitive league, which competes at the “PDL” (Premier Development League) level, will include, but is not limited to National Team, former and current University and College, foreign, amateur, former professional and youth players.

The men’s team will be known as TSC Maryland Red Devils, and will play its home games in Howard County, Maryland. The season starts mid-May and concludes with playoffs and a Championship match at the end of July.

The team’s head coach will be Thunder SC’s Stefan Draganov, former professional player and Division 1 Coach in Bulgaria. Stefan is also currently the Head Coach of Howard Community College men’s team.
