U.S. Women's National Team to play Australia twice in a week

In her first games to be played on U.S. soil as Head Coach of the U.S. Women's National Team, Pia Sundhage will lead her team in a pair of friendlies against Australia, in what the team hopes will be in preparation for Olympic play. They will come just two weeks after Olympic qualifying concludes in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico. The first match against the Matildas will be April 27 in Cary, N.C., followed by a rematch on May 3 in Birmingham, Ala.
