Howard University head men's soccer coach arrested
28 Jan, 2008Howard University's head men's soccer coach has been arrested for allegedly trying to set up a sexual encounter with a person he met on the Internet and thought was a 13-year-old girl, authorities said yesterday. Joseph E. Okoh, 40, was caught in a sting operation conducted by the Louisa County Sheriff's Office as part of the Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, authorities said.
