#5 PG Community College men's soccer opens season with 5-3 win at home
2 Sep, 2010The Prince George\'s Community College Men\'s Soccer program entered the 2010 season ranked #5 in the NJCAA pre-season poll. The 2009 PGCC squad finished last season with a 15-3-1 record, and the program won the NJCAA Region XX Championship and the Maryland Junior College Athletic Association Championship (MDJUCO).
The team opened up their 2010 campaign by hosting Harford Community College last night. Going down 2-0 before the half hour mark, PGCC battled back behind a hat trick from their 2009 leading scorer, Anthony Okodua, to secure a 5-3 victory.
Prince George\'s men\'s soccer will host Del Tech Community College this Friday at 4pm at Prince George\'s Community College.
