Washington Post names 2011 Fall All-Met girls' soccer team, Purce wins Player of the Year

The Washington Post has named their 2011 Fall All-Met team for girls' soccer, including Player of the Year Margaret "Midge" Purce.

Purce, a junior forward at Good Counsel, finished the season with 30 goals and 17 assists. She is the first junior to earn All-Met Player of the Year honors since 1991. In her three seasons with the Falcons, she has 74 goals (fourth in the program's history) and 35 assists.
