Sagu, Cabral and Wakefield Among This Year’s MISL Best

Baltimore Blast goalkeeper Sagu was selected on the First Team and midfielder Denison Cabral and defender P.J. Wakefield were named to the Second Team of All-MISL Best Eleven teams. Sagu, a six-year veteran of the MISL, led the League with a 8.32 points against average and ranked second with a .741 save percentage. Cabral, Baltimore’s all-time regular season and postseason scoring leader, led the Blast and ranked fifth in the MISL with 88 points this season. Wakefield, a graduate of Calvert Hall and UMBC, led the Blast’s defenders and ranked fifth on the team with 40 points and led the team with 41 blocks.
