D.C. United open RFK’s 2008 MLS season Saturday against Toronto

Fresh off their Mexican adventure in the CONCACAF Champions' Cup, D.C. United return to RFK Stadium for their home opener to face Toronto FC - with both teams looking to gain their first points of the new MLS season. Both clubs lost by 2-0 score lines on the road to open the thirteenth MLS season, United falling in Kansas City and Toronto going down in Columbus. United will remain in DC for Wednesday’s Champions’ Cup 2nd leg against Pachuca of Mexico, where the Black and Red will need to win by at least 2 goals in order have the chance of advancing to the tournament final.
