Americans playing abroad: weekend recap; Jermaine Jones scores for Schalke [VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS]

With club teams overseas in full swing, Americans are making news across the globe. Jermaine Jones went 89 minutes for Bundesliga side Schalke 04, received a yellow card, and scored a goal in their 2-1 loss to Hannover 96.

Hannover is captained by Steve Cherundolo, who started and played all 90 minutes in their win. Fellow American DaMarcus Beasley will join Cherundolo after signing with the club today.
