World Cup Semifinal results:
Netherlands 2:1 Brazil - The Netherlands upset tournament favorites Brazil 2-1, and reaches the semifinals for the first time since 1998. Wesley Sneijder put in the game-winner in the 68th minute on a header. Brazil quickly lost their composure and defender Felipe Melo was ejected five minutes after the go-ahead goal. Melo also had an own goal in the 53rd minute, off of a Sneijder cross. It was the first own goal in Brazil\'s 97-match World Cup history. Robinho got Brazil off to a quick start with a goal in the 10th minute, however after that, the Dutch took control. Check out Sneijder\'s winning goal below:
Ghana 1:1 Uruguay (URU advances 4-2 on PKs) - Ghana had a chance to win it in the final minute of Extra Time, but Asamoah Gyan rocketed a penalty kick off the crossbar to send the contest to penalties. Heartbreak for Africa and a stunning reprieve for the South Americans.
