Americans playing abroad: weekend recap

It was an exciting weekend for Americans playing overseas. Maurice Edu scored the game-winner in the 90th minute that lifted the Glasgow Rangers over rival Celtic, 1-0.

Stuart Holden played in his first Premier League game, starting and playing all 90 minutes. According to reports, Holden had a solid game and helped contribute to their 1-0 win as the Wanderers work to stay out of the relegation zone.

Jemal Johnson scored in Stockport County's 4-3 win over Wycombe Wanders, and Herculez Gomez netted the equalizer in Puebla's 3-3 tie with Chiapas in the waning minutes of the game.
