Americans playing abroad: weekend recap

Landon Donovan helped Everton to their second big upset in a week, downing Manchester United 3-1 on Saturday. Donovan had another strong outing, and helped set up Everton\'s second goal.

Two Americans also had goals this past weekend. Stockport County\'s Jemal Johnson (League One) scored his first goal for the club by hitting the game-winner for a 1-0 victory over Exeter City. Puebla\'s Herculez Gomez netted his third goal of the season in their 3-2 loss to Guadalajara.
