"La Super Copa" first round pairings set

D.C. United announced today the pairings for the first round of the fifth edition of La Super Copa. The tournament will kickoff Saturday, April 3 with Brickman taking on Aegean Hawks at 10 a.m. ET at the RFK Stadium Auxiliary Fields. Admission for all games is free of charge.

The tournament will continue with Deportiva Canilla facing Toluca at 12 p.m. and Juventus de Suitland against Real San Vincente at 2 p.m. The first round will continue the following weekend, with Tierra Blanca against Moncagua at 9 a.m., Potros against AV Challenge at 11 a.m, La Chapin against Victoria at 1 p.m., Tiataco against FAS at 3 p.m. and British Tigers against Arsenal at 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 10.

All teams receive one D.C. United ball and a full set of 20 new adidas team uniforms.  There will be a cash prize of $5,000 for the Cup winner and $2,000 for the runner-up as well as team trophies and individual medals.
