Two locals named to ESPN RISE Fall Girls' Soccer All-America team

After leading Archbishop Spalding to a state title, senior defender Kirsten Frank (Severn, Md.) was named to the ESPN RISE Fall Girls\' Soccer All-American First Team.

Frank was the anchor on defense for a Spalding team that shut out 15 opponents and went 20-0-1 to earn the FAB 50 No. 3 final ranking. Frank was a Washington Post and Baltimore Sun All-Met first-team selection. The Ohio University commit started 85 of the program\'s 86 games over the past four years.

Bethesda-Chevy Chase junior midfielder Alex Doll (Bethesda, Md.) was named to the Third Team.
