U.S. U-20 Men's National Team draws Atlas 1-1 in Copa Chivas group play

Victor Chavez scored just three minutes after entering the game as a substitute, while goalkeeper Zac MacMath picked up his second assist, leading the U.S. to a 1-1 draw against Atlas at the 2010 Copa Chivas in Mexico.

Atlas jumped on the board first, after a scramble inside the U.S. penalty area. Edson Rivera finally got a solid shot off and beat MacMath from close range.

Seven minutes later, the U.S. responded when MacMath\'s punt was picked up by a streaking Chavez. Chavez brought the ball down cleanly, carried it into the box and beat goalkeeper Alberto Furrola to level the score.
