U.S. Soccer Development Academy is helping coaches too

In part 2 of a 5-part series being published on ESPN\'s SoccerNet.com, Jeff Carlise details how the Development Academy and their scouting staff is doing more than just spot talent to include in future national teams. They\'re helping teach the coaches as well, offering detailed feedback after observing their in-match decisions, and listening to half time and post game talks with players.

Not surprisingly, some coaches are more receptive than others to having themselves - or their players - critiqued.
