Baltimore Casa Mia Bays win US Youth National Championship

The defending Under-14 national champion, Baltimore Casa Mia Bays downed a familiar foe by a familiar score Saturday night to win second US Youth Soccer National Championship in a row. The 3-2 win over Solar Red of North Texas is the scoreline from the teams' National League regular season match, the league through which both teams qualified for this year's Championships.

The Casa Mia Bays are now a perfect two for two in National Championships, and looking like the favorites for next year as well after plowing through group play this year with a perfect 3-0 record and not allowing a single goal against.

It was a great week for the Baltimore club as their Under 18's also won a National Championship in the US Soccer Development Academy league, while their U-16 side made the finals week, but did not come away with the top prize.
