Dulles SportsPlex to institute player ID system for soccer

Dulles Sportsplex, in Northern Virginia has instituted a policy for adult players requiring facility-issued ID cards. In an email to team managers, the facility GM Jamie Amato stated the cards were necessary in order to keep better track of red and yellow carded players, as well as to enforce the facility rules regarding guest players.

The cards will be free until March 31, 2008, but will cost $5 thereafter. Use of the cards will be enforced for all leagues with a start date after April 1, 2008.
